1扇貝六隻

7將熱油淋到蒜蓉上;(有時俺也省略這一步,直接用生蒜蓉蒸,覺得更清香)

8加入美極鮮、料酒、鹽、少量清水拌勻

9將粉絲鋪到貝殼上,再放上貝肉
