原料
中筋麵粉 150g, 糖粉 30g, 豬油 50g, 水 60g, 低筋麵粉 120g, 抹茶粉 5g, 豆沙餡 400g, 豬油 60g
步驟
1將油皮、油酥原料分別混合成團,醒20分鐘

2將油皮、油酥各分成8等分,1個油皮包入1個油酥,捏緊,收口朝下放好

3用擀麵杖將油酥皮擀長,向下捲起來。擀卷兩次,每次中間需要靜置鬆弛20分鐘。(過程如圖示)

4將兩次擀卷的油酥皮從中間切開,分成兩段

5切面朝上壓扁擀圓,翻麵包入豆沙餡,捏緊收口

6收口處刷蛋液(我這次刷的是水),粘上白芝麻(不粘也可以的,如果不粘這步就可以省略,我是為了吃起來更香。)排入烤盤

7烤箱預熱180度,烤焙20-25分鐘即可
