小技巧
1、雞胸肉可以先片薄片,再煮,這樣子容易熟哈,也不會煮了半天裡面生的,外邊老了。 2、平時做蝦菜的時候,我都喜歡熬點蝦油,每次都不多,大熱天很有用哈,涼拌菜的時候放點鮮美啊
