步驟
1準備好食材,鮮蝦18—20隻,小菠蘿半個,青紅椒適量

2將青紅椒洗凈去蒂後切成大小均勻的塊狀,菠蘿切片再切成同青紅椒相近的小塊

3鮮蝦去蝦線去殼,洗凈後放入少許料酒、鹽、蛋清和澱粉抓勻,腌制10分鐘左右

4用適量番茄醬、醋、糖、澱粉和水調一碗料汁備用

6另起鍋,鍋中倒入少許食用油,放入青紅椒翻炒斷生
