2100克腸粉粉倒入一大碗中

5方形固底烤盤刷薄油,勺入適量腸粉漿(薄薄鋪滿底層為宜)

6炒鍋放大半鍋水,燒開,將烤盤放入鍋內

7蓋上鍋蓋,大火蒸3分鐘左右,至粉皮鼓起關火
