原料
泡菜, 金針菇, 肉絲, 北豆腐, 食用油, 白糖, 辣椒醬, 蔥
步驟
1 準備一些泡菜;把泡菜切成幾段;

2 準備好一塊北豆腐(我們南方豆腐含水量大,易碎,北豆腐就是含水量少)把北豆腐切成塊狀;

3 熱鍋後倒入少量的食用油;放入豆腐開始煎;直到兩面金黃;把豆腐取出備用;

4 準備好一些肉絲,放點料酒和生粉抓勻就可以;

5 鍋里再加一點點油,放入肉絲煸炒;

6 放入泡菜煸炒一會;

7 放入一勺辣椒醬再煸炒一會;倒入水,沒過泡菜;

8 加入煎好的豆腐;水開後改小火煮5分鐘左右;

9 加入金針菇;最後加小半勺白糖淋上點香油就可以出鍋了;
