麵粉150克, 鮮桃一個, 黃油60g, 糖30g, 冷水50g, 鹽2g, 水適量, 玉米澱粉適量
步驟
1 派皮的做法:黃油從冰箱取出,無需放軟直接切丁

2 將麵粉撒在黃油上,用手不斷揉搓黃油和麵粉

7 放在案板上鬆弛15分鐘

12 鍋中放入黃油,燒熱
