龍利魚: 1條(280克左右), 西紅柿: 1個, 鹽: 適量, 白鬍椒粉: 適量, 澱粉: 適量, 蛋清: 1個, 蒜瓣: 1個, 洋蔥: 少量, 番茄膏: 1大勺, 辣醬: 1小勺, 金針菇: 1小把, 生菜: 幾片
步驟
1龍利魚提前一晚上放到冷藏室解凍,然後用廚紙吸干水分
