南瓜泥(被吃掉太多,剩一點點了): 90克, 麵粉: 150克, 酵母: 1.5克, 白砂糖(喜歡甜的可以自行增加): 8克, 玉米油: 5克, 竹炭粉: 一點點

1南瓜打成泥(不需要加水)

2南瓜泥,酵母、糖,玉米油全部混合

3我攪拌成棉絮狀

4開始揉啊揉至光滑狀態

5取一小塊麵糰加入竹炭粉揉成黑色,大麵糰分成6份(有5分大小一致,最後一份比較小,我沒稱,是用來做小熊耳朵的)

7小熊臉蛋的饅頭揉圓,捏捏,大致呈維尼的頭狀即可

10竹炭粉麵糰取小塊,搓細細的條狀

11做成眉毛、眼睛,主麵糰上刷點水,把這些小配件粘上了即可!

13來根超長的小線條做嘴巴,嘴巴是最難做的,又細又長,很容易放歪啊

小技巧
饅頭皮膚要好,麵糰要揉到位!發酵也要到位!整形不能過度! 冬天做卡通饅頭要比夏天好很多,夏天有時候還沒做好麵糰就已經發酵了!冬天室溫低,麵糰發酵慢,簡直不要太贊!
