白蘿蔔: 750G, 臘腸: 4小根, 小蝦米: 50G, 香菇: 6朵, 糖: 30G, 鹽: 10G, 胡椒粉: 適量, 粘米粉:: 120G, 澄粉: 30G, 玉米澱粉: 20G, 水: 200ml, 麵包模具: 9*4inch
步驟
1香菇溫水泡發開;

2小蝦米用鹽水泡出雜質;
3、白蘿蔔去皮,切成絲,不用切成太細的絲,要不然吃的時候沒有口感:

4臘腸切成細絲或者小丁;

5泡發好的香菇切成薄片:

6小蝦米如果個頭大就從中切一刀;

7開中火,把臘腸丁放入鍋中煸出油,然後放入小蝦米和香菇,翻炒出香味,最後放入蘿蔔絲炒軟,撒上胡椒粉拌均勻即可;

8粘米粉,玉米澱粉和澄粉倒入一個大碗中,加鹽和糖混合。倒入泡發過香菇的水,攪拌至無顆粒狀;

9趁著鍋中的材料還有溫度的時候倒入鍋中攪拌均勻,盛入模具中,中火蒸1小時;

10放涼的蘿蔔糕送冰箱冷藏過夜,用以定型;
