原料
五花臘肉: 300g, 青椒: 3個, 大蒜: 3瓣, 生薑: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 食用油: 適量
步驟
1將五花臘肉洗凈之後,用涼水煮開,然後切成片;

2青椒切段,大蒜搗碎,生薑切短絲;

3熱鍋之後,將臘肉倒入翻炒,將五花臘肉中的油煸出來,煸好之後盛出;

4將鍋燒熱,放入青椒,大火煸炒,將青椒炒出虎皮尖椒的樣子;

5加入大蒜和生薑繼續翻炒,直到青椒變軟;

6放適量食用油,然後倒入五花臘肉繼續翻炒約1分鐘;

小技巧
- 臘肉一般都比較咸,所以不需要再加鹽; 2. 放入青椒之前,五花臘肉煸出來的油最好倒掉,要不然會比較咸;
