4土豆泥和蝦蓉放在一起,加料酒,椒鹽,雞蛋,朝一個方向上勁!

6上油鍋炸成丸子,油溫控制在6、7成!金黃後撈出!

7鍋內就少許底油,放入西紅柿,和玉米粒炒,大概2分鐘後,加耗油少許,白糖少許,醋一小勺,食鹽少許!熬制大約5分鐘,出鍋前加入少半碗水澱粉!
