原料
包菜: 一整個, 豬肉末: 210g, 香菇: 8朵, 油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蔥: 適量, 熟米飯: 3杯(5人量)
步驟
1事先用溫水把8朵香菇泡軟,泡軟後切點

2再把包菜洗凈,切成兩半,再切絲,後再切點

3開大火,放適量油燒熱,把肉末放進炒熟,再放適量鹽

4把炒熟的肉末撂放在一邊,把香菇爆香後,把肉末炒均勻再拿個碗裝起來

5裝後。把切好的包菜翻炒放適量鹽,放適量沙茶王、蔥炒勻
