1瘦肉洗凈切成薄片

2加所有調味料用手拌勻,腌制到晚上放入冰箱冷藏過夜!(我是中午腌制)

3第二天早上從冰箱拿出來,排放在銅盤上!

5放在太陽底下曬

6上午曬一面,中午翻另一面曬到下午! 不一定要曬一整天,曬乾了就好! 問:為什麼要曬? 答:曬出多餘的水份和定形!?

7曬乾後

8油開下生肉乾,剛開始大火然後中火,要用鏟子翻動!分幾次炸!看顏色比較深點就好了(別炸黑哦)!

9炸好後,可以吃囉!

10放涼後裝包! 能吃上好幾天了! 天氣熱覺得放在冰箱冷藏好點,畢竟自己做沒放防腐劑!
