2提前把米線泡水半小時

4雞蛋打散

5燒開一鍋開水把米線泡軟,如果是麵條就下鍋拔下水

6撈出瀝干水,拌上食用油(橄欖油),生抽

7雞蛋炒一下盛出備用,蝦也同樣(這兩個沒拍照),放入培根先炒一下 別問我為啥用這麼小的湯鍋炒 省油,省氣,好清洗,不濺油

8加入包心菜再翻炒一下,不用炒太熟,淋點料酒

9放入拌好的米線炒,有點乾了就行,用筷子炒很方便(小秘方)

10加入之前炒好的雞蛋和蝦,再放一點點生抽,翻勻就收汁就可以出鍋啦

小技巧
米線泡完用油和生抽拌一下,全程用筷子,保證米線不碎,賣相美美噠
