雞蛋: 2個, 白砂糖: 90克, 牛奶: 160ml, 香草莢: 1根, 淡奶油: 200ml
步驟
1雞蛋液和白砂糖攪拌混合至糖融化

2牛奶與香草莢加熱至沸騰(香草莢去籽)

3將沸騰的牛奶離火後緩慢加入到雞蛋液里,邊加入超攪拌

4將上個步驟的液體回到奶鍋中小火加熱至濃稠(一邊加熱一邊攪拌)

5濃稠的液體隔冰水冷卻

7冷卻的雞蛋液加入到淡奶油里攪拌均勻
