豬手: 一隻約1250g(8人量), 玉米: 2個, 紅蘿蔔: 2個, 茨實: 50g, 薏米: 50g, ?小豆: 50g, 蓮葉: 一塊, 蓮花: 2朵, 蓮蓬: 3個, 薑片: 2片
步驟
1先將豬手下沸水煮5分鐘去腥臭味再用清水沖洗乾淨

2將三豆用沸水沖洗後備用(擔心有雜物)

3將蓮葉、蓮花、蓮蓬用清水沖洗乾淨,枝切成一小段一小段,蓮蓬切2刀作4份,蓮花可不切開因易出味

4一個玉米可切4一5小塊
