原料
豬軟排: 350g, 胡蘿蔔: 1根, 香菇: 4朵, 料酒: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 老抽: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 雞精: 適量, 姜: 適量, 蒜: 適量
步驟
1排骨洗凈,入冷水焯一下,撈出;

2準備一個容器,放入生抽、老抽、料酒、薑絲,腌制焯好水的排骨30分鐘(不趕時間就多腌制會兒);

3將胡蘿蔔,切小丁,備用;

4香菇,切丁,備用;

5鍋內放入適量油,放入姜、蒜、蔥爆香,倒入撈出腌制好的排骨,放入鍋內翻炒上色,然後放入調味料(味道適當可重一點,根據米量來調整),然後倒入胡蘿蔔丁和香菇丁,適當翻炒,即可關火,備用;

6洗好米,放入對應的水量,將炒好的食材倒入拌勻,按下煮飯鍵;
