原料
糯米粉: 200克, 蝦干(海米): 50克, 雞蛋: 3隻, 娃娃菜: 250克, 紅蘿蔔: 1隻, 蟹柳: 5條, 小蔥: 3棵, 薑片: 3片, 蒜頭: 2瓣, 雞汁: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 芝麻油: 適量, 白芝麻: 適量
步驟
1將糯米粉用溫熱開水調開;

2捏成粉團,分成大小相同的劑子在掌心中輕搓成湯圓;

3其中幾粒里包些枸杞子或紅棗或黃糖入內,混在沒餡料的湯圓里一起煮吃,看誰能吃上寓意運氣好(不喜歡的這步驟可忽略);

4搓好的湯圓待用;

5湯底所需材料,處理備好各種食材;

6把雞蛋液用油鍋煎好,待冷卻後切條備用;

7熱鍋落油放入料頭姜、蒜、蔥炒香;

8放入蝦干爆炒香後落入紅蘿蔔絲炒至轉色;

9再落入娃娃菜翻炒一分鐘;

10落入適量的高湯或清水,蓋上鍋蓋煮幾分鐘;

11然後把改切好的雞蛋落入,繼續煮一分鐘入雞粉、鹽調味關火;

12在煮湯的同時起一鍋水,待水煮開後把湯圓落入煮沸騰後加一次冷水煮至湯圓浮起便可離火;

13把湯圓撈起放入煮好的湯里,也可以直接把湯圓裝碗再入湯料和湯;

14煮好的湯圓,最後滴入適量芝麻油關火;
