4將蛋清與蛋黃糊混合均勻~

11此時現磨豆漿已出爐,將豆漿過篩,濾出細膩的豆漿(該豆漿不需要加糖)

12慢慢將豆漿加入蛋黃糊當中,一邊加入一邊快速攪拌蛋黃糊(一定要慢慢加入快快攪拌,否者容易變成蛋花湯喲)

13豆漿全部加入蛋黃糊後,入鍋小火蒸煮至糊糊狀~

14煮至卡仕達醬可以掛在攪拌棒上即可離鍋出爐~卡仕達醬成功?

15淡奶油加入細砂糖打發至出現紋路不消失的狀態,裝入裱花袋,同時也將卡仕達醬裝入裱花袋,準備好蛋糕片,開始鋪層咯~
