原料
雞蛋: 4個, 細砂糖: 90g, 低筋麵粉: 90g, 可可粉: 15g, 無鹽黃油: 20g, 8寸圓形模具: 直徑21cm慕斯圈也行
步驟
1如圖 粉狀均過篩;黃油隔水加熱;雞蛋不用分離

2蛋糕模具內塗一層黃油(不包括在配料內),撒上乾粉

3準備隔水鍋

4加入細砂糖,開始攪拌

5用手感覺熱度為40度左右即可,繼續打發至表面有痕跡為宜

6麵粉過篩,用刮刀攪拌,儘量溫柔哦,不要破壞原來的狀態

7同樣的,可可粉過篩,繼續攪拌

8最後倒入已融化黃油,攪拌均勻

9倒入模具內,表面刮平,送入烤箱,180度15分鐘左右;放在架子上晾涼後再脫模;如有塌陷則倒扣。
