1五花肉清理乾淨瀝干水分,切成小丁,

2干香菇浸泡後切小丁,紅蔥頭、蒜頭、切碎,姜切絲,

3鍋里放油,放入八角、茴香、迷迭香,煸出香味後撈出,放入紅蔥碎、蒜末、薑絲煸出香味,

4然後把肉丁放入煸炒出油,

5再把香菇放入煸炒,加白蘭地,生抽,蚝油,五香粉,胡椒粉,冰糖,把浸泡香菇的水也放進鍋里,大火煮開,再把煮熟的雞蛋去殼後入鍋,小火慢慢煨。
