步驟
1自製豬油,煉好的豬油放涼以後變成白色的凝固狀就可以用了

2綠豆用高壓鍋煮熟,料理機打成泥以後放入不粘鍋炒成內餡料,糖油量看你能接受的甜度來,不過皮沒什麼味道,這個可以略甜一點

3鹹蛋黃整熟,用叉子壓碎,喜歡顆粒感的這個時候不要壓太碎

6油酥:中筋麵粉90克、豬油45克混合成團後用保鮮膜包好靜置

7將油皮和油酥各分成12等份,油皮包住油酥,靜置一會
