1蒜頭、干紅蔥剝衣用清水沖洗乾淨,姜切片,全部放入料理機打碎;

2青辣椒用清水沖洗乾淨,去蒂切塊放入料理機打碎(不要打太碎才有口感哦);

如果不用料理機碎辣椒,用手剁制辣椒就要帶上一次性手套哦,並注意不要讓辣椒濺到眼睛或皮膚上。
