步驟
1將牛柳洗凈,切成條

2放料酒,加點鹽,醬油,再放入黑椒醬拌勻腌制半小時

3將洋蔥和西蘭花切好裝盤

4鍋里燒開水,放點鹽和油,將意面放到鍋里煮7、8分鐘

5煮好後用冷水沖涼,有橄欖油的話可放入幾滴,沒有也可不放,反正我是沒放

6將西蘭花放到鍋里翻炒,之後裝起來,可以不抄那麼熟,因為待會洋蔥還要炒,至於西蘭花本人喜歡不那麼熟的口感,要放鹽哈~

7將牛柳放到鍋里翻炒,可加鹽、醬油和黑椒醬,之後放些水等它煮熟,反正就跟平時炒牛肉一樣,

8再將洋蔥放進去

9放番茄醬,如果你不喜歡那就不放咯,不過我覺得酸酸甜甜比較好吃,而且一般程序是要放的。做好醬汁後就把意面放到鍋里翻炒
