小技巧
1、涼粉做法很簡單,每種澱粉的吸水力會有區別,我一般用綠豆澱粉,粉水比例1:6,其他的澱粉的 話,可能你要自己調節下這個比例,但是不會相差太多的 2、這次放了玉米粒。。。搞過之後,我腳的,可以把玉米粒剁碎點。。這樣可能切的時候好切點
