1豬肉香放盆中,加蔥薑末,醬油,五香粉,少許甜麵醬,一點白糖,適量鹽,味精,香油,少許食用油攪勻調味

2香菇洗凈切小粒,胡蘿蔔切丁,黃瓜切丁
