原料
牛油: 60g, 低筋麵粉: 40g, 高筋麵粉: 70g, 獼猴桃干: 15g, 蘇打粉: 4g, 奶粉: 20g, 泡打粉: 2g, 糖粉: 50g, 雞蛋: 半個
步驟
1將牛油放在室溫中至軟化,與糖打至鬆軟變白,然後加入蛋液拌勻

3把獼猴桃干切成小碎丁,加入粉團攪拌均勻

4把麵糰放在不沾布上揉勻,用擀麵杖擀至0.5cm厚,放入冰箱冷凍15分鐘

5將麵皮取出,用模具心形壓出形狀

6放入烤盤,送入烤箱烘烤,以上下火150℃,烘烤約8分鐘。烤熟後取出放涼即可
