原料
草莓醬用料:草莓700克、白砂糖200克、冰糖100克(根據自己的喜好放糖,我喜甜這個量正好)、檸檬一個。:

12 當水分蒸發掉,草莓醬濃稠狀時關火,倒入檸檬汁,攪拌。

13 趁熱裝入瓶子,蓋蓋。倒扣,排氣。晾涼後,入冰箱保存。
