7壓拌的方式將麵糰拌勻

8將8g左右的麵糰揉成圓球,整齊擺放在烤盤 以上火150攝氏度,下火140攝氏度,烤18分鐘左右

9出爐後餅乾冷卻五分鐘左右

10將材料中的糖粉B和抹茶B混勻,裝入食品袋,把冷卻後的餅乾倒入搖一搖,使餅乾均勻裹上抹茶糖粉。
