炒麵: 1斤, 雞蛋: 3個, 黃瓜: 一根, 胡蘿蔔: 一根, 豆芽菜: 少許, 洋蔥: 半個, 圓白菜: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 蔥末: 適量, 薑末: 1.5頭, 鹽: 適量, 老抽: 適量, 香油: 適量, 大料: 2個
步驟
1炒麵放蒸鍋內,表面淋透水,避免麵條太干,開鍋後蒸5分鐘,打開鍋蓋翻面(注意不要蒸汽燙手),再淋一次水,一定要表面淋透,繼續蒸5分鐘。備用

小技巧
好好的享受吧! 由於炒麵有些干,如果想追求濕濕的口感,一是蒸的時候淋水,二是炒的時候在加入炒麵之前倒入適量熱水,不要加太多,否則就成燜面啦!
