鴨胗: 5個, 小米椒: 3個, 泡椒: 7~8個, 姜: 一塊, 大蒜: 4~5瓣, 蒜苗: 1根, 花椒: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 醬油(又伊鮮): 適量, 鹽: 適量, 油: 適量

1準備好所有的材料,蒜苗忘拍了

2鴨珍泡水半小時清洗乾淨,鍋內放水燒開,倒入少許白酒,把洗好的鴨胗焯水撈出,放涼備用。

3鴨珍切片,泡椒、小米椒、蒜苗斜刀切段,姜切絲,蒜切碎。

4炒鍋入油,放入花椒粒爆香(棄之),我家喜麻所以留在鍋內
