原料
鴨胗 四個, 土豆 一個, 青椒 一個, 紅椒 一個, 鹽 適量, 料酒 適量, 味精 適量, 糖 適量, 生薑 適量, 醬油 適量, 香蔥或者青蒜末 適量, 干紅椒 適量
步驟
1鴨胗洗乾淨瀝干水分,切成片,放在碗里,加入料酒,鹽,用手抓一抓備用
