1將黃洋蔥,燈籠椒,姜,蒜米,青蔥,提前切碎置放一旁

2將調料放入碗中拌勻

3將不粘鍋中高火預熱,加入黃洋蔥和姜炒香,然後再加入雞胸肉碎
