1仔姜洗凈晾乾

7取出攪肉機,獨蒜,指天椒放入攪肉機里,大概二十秒就OK。

8攪至這個程度就好了。不過感蒜細了點了。

9將切好了仔姜放入大容器中,加入攪好的蒜和指天椒,加入鹽,倒入適量的白酒,拌勻

10將拌勻的辣仔姜裝瓶
