5鋪在蛋糕模,一定要壓實,上面放芒果粒,放冰箱先備用

6把芒果用料理機打成泥,加上吉利丁粉,拌勻,然後用小火不斷攪拌,記得不要煮沸,等吉利丁粉溶解後就放一晾涼

7淡奶油和砂糖一起打發,打到56成流狀就可以了,然後把涼的芒果泥放進去,拌勻後倒人蛋糕模
8放冰箱冷藏4小時以上
