原料
法棍: 25cm, 茄子: 一根, 洋蔥: 30克, mozzarella乾酪: 50克左右, 小番茄: 5個, 羅勒葉: 4~5枚, 橄欖油: 適量, 黃油: 3~5克, balsamico香醋: 一大勺, 蜂蜜: 一小勺, 黑胡椒: 少量
步驟
1加熱一口小鍋,把balsamico香醋和蜂蜜還有黑胡椒倒入,一沸騰就關火,量比較少可別燒糊啦

2煮好的醬汁轉移到小碗里降溫

3茄子切成1cm厚的薄片,過水洗一下用廚房紙把水分吸干

4小番茄對半切開,乳酪也切成方便夾在麵包里的片狀,洋蔥切碎備用

5平底鍋里倒入橄欖油加熱,把茄子片放進去煎熟

7法棍沿斜面切開正對半狀,不要切到底啊留一點接合
