小技巧
蒸蛋羹選長盤就用炒菜鍋蒸,因為我家裡沒那麼大的蒸鍋,所以我就直接用炒菜鍋了,西蘭花儘可能切成大小均勻,便於擺放美觀,喜歡龍蝦肉更脆更香建議在油炸龍蝦肉延時,別糊掉就行
