原料
心嘴: 400g, 青椒: 300g, 胡蘿蔔: 適量, 油,鹽,醬油,雞粉: 適量, 耗油,澱粉,味精: 適量, 蔥姜蒜,十三香: 適量
步驟
1心嘴切片,青椒切象眼片,胡蘿蔔切片,蔥姜蒜切片!

2把心片裝碗,加鹽,十三香,醬油淹制一下!

3碗中放澱粉,鹽,雞粉,味精,醬油,耗油,清水調汁備用!

4鍋內放寬油開火!

5放入心片煸至成熟!

6成熟後倒入漏勺備用!

7凈鍋放油開大火,放入蔥姜蒜爆香!

8隨後放入青椒,胡蘿蔔
