步驟
1準備材料(木耳提前泡好)~

2麵粉倒入盆中,一點點加入清水,攪拌成絮狀,和成麵糰蓋保鮮膜醒面20分鐘~

3揉成長條狀,切成均勻的小丁,取一份放在壽司簾上向上一推碾,貓耳朵(螺旋紋就做出來啦)~

4所有蔬菜洗凈切丁,木耳切小塊~

5鍋內倒適量水待水開放入貓耳朵,再次煮開漂浮在水面就煮好啦,撈出控水裝盆倒入適量植物油,拌勻備用(倒油炒時不粘鍋)

6鍋內倒入適量油待油溫熱放入蒜末炒香~ 放入火腿,洋蔥,黃瓜,玉米,胡蘿蔔,木耳丁炒軟~ 放入貓耳朵和花生米~ 加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,生抽,糖(提鮮)醋~
