原料
麵粉: 300克, 鹽: 一小勺, 開水: 150ml, 油: 20克, 雞蛋: 1個(帶殼50g), 小蔥花兒: 適量
步驟
1麵粉裡邊加入開水邊用筷子攪拌,大致燙勻一下~如圖

2利用餘溫,加入鹽,繼續稍稍攪拌一下

3倒在揉面墊上,稍稍揉勻後加入植物油

4揉成一個光滑的麵糰兒即可,無需出膜哦~收圓入盆,放入碗里,蓋上保鮮膜,靜置鬆弛30分鐘(因為拿拿還要用揉面墊做別的,所以把麵糰兒放盆里,不著急的盆友們就直接放揉面墊上加蓋保鮮膜或者倒扣碗即可)

5完成後,把麵糰兒等分成十份
