2雞蛋打碗內打散成蛋液~

3麵粉+白糖+精鹽+小蘇打=混合麵粉~ 一點點倒入牛奶和蛋液~ 揉成麵糰~ 蓋上保鮮膜靜置20分鐘~

4案板上撒些麵粉將麵糰擀成長方形餅皮~ 在切成細細的小條,搓圓~ 兩手分別向相反方向搓麵條,直至上勁~ 將麵條對摺,麵條自動就會纏繞一起~

5在繼續搓上勁,對摺纏繞,收口伸進圓的一頭即可~
