黃油: 50g, 全蛋液: 20g, 低粉: 100g, 糖粉: 25g, 豆沙餡: 自製
步驟
1紅豆煮爛後加入白糖稍微腌制,然後用冰激凌頭搖成紅豆泥,如果有點濕在炒鍋里炒一下炒干水份;

2黃油軟化後打發,分次加入糖粉和全蛋液繼續打發;

3拌入低粉揉成團即可,冰箱冷藏半小時;

4冷藏好的麵糰擀成長條形,放入豆沙捲起來,可以案板上鋪上保鮮膜幫助卷,然後切成小塊;

5表面刷蛋液,撒黑芝麻,烤箱185度預熱烤25分鐘左右,烤到表面金黃即可,根據自家的烤箱脾氣來調溫度和時間;
