雞蛋: 50g, 燕麥: 90g, 紅糖: 35g, 玉米糖漿/蜂蜜: 35g, 奶粉: 10g, 色拉油/玉米油: 10g, 低筋麵粉: 50g

1準備所有材料

2將玉米糖漿,色拉油混合均勻後加入雞蛋液混合均勻

3加入奶粉和紅糖,攪拌均勻直粘稠狀態(紅糖有大顆粒的話最好挑出來,不然的話不易攪拌)

4倒入低筋麵粉和燕麥

6揉成小球後壓扁,上下火170度預熱烤箱,全部弄好後放入烤箱中層烤30分鐘
