1秋葵洗乾淨,用清水泡一下(平常我洗菜是用淘米水浸泡十分鐘以上再用清水沖洗兩遍以上)

2燒半鍋開水,放入鹽、秋葵煮1-2分鐘(根據秋葵的大小決定),取一個盆接半盆水,把焯過水的秋葵過冷水,控干水分

3用刀切去根蒂

5大蒜洗乾淨用冷水泡一會兒,用刀拍散,撿去大蒜皮
