干猴頭菇: 100g, 低筋麵粉: 400g, 黃油: 80g, 糖粉: 60g, 鹽: 8g, 乾酵母: 2小勺, 小蘇打: 1/2小勺, 水: 適量, 香蔥粉(可不加):

1猴頭菇泡發,沖洗乾淨,擠干

2用粉碎機把猴頭菇打細

3猴頭菇粉末、麵粉、乾酵母、小蘇打、水、黃油、糖粉、鹽、香蔥粉混合,揉成麵糰。麵糰較硬,手揉15分鐘合適。麵糰放盆里醒發。(忘記拍照了)
4把麵糰擀成薄片

5將面片沿1/3處摺疊

6將面片另1/3摺疊過來成三層,擀開成薄面片,再次摺疊成三層;再重複擀開摺疊,再擀開

7在面片上用刀橫豎劃成小塊,用叉子叉出小眼,醒發10分鐘
8烤箱160℃預熱後烘烤15分鐘
