1麵粉慢慢加水,用筷子慢慢攪拌,最後和成麵糰

2面和好後,蓋上抹布或保鮮膜醒一會,備用

3白菜切好,加鹽腌出水份,用手把腌出來的水份擠掉,大蔥切碎,一起放入絞好的豬肉內,加入鹽,生抽,十三香攪拌好,炒鍋熱油,加入花椒跟大料,油熱後澆入肉餡中,筷子挑出花椒跟大料,攪拌均勻
