雞翅(翅中、翅根混合的就可以): 1斤, 食鹽: 1小勺, 現磨黑胡椒: 1小勺, 薑蓉: 2小勺, 土豆澱粉: 2小碗, 生蒜瓣: 4瓣, 去皮花生: 1小把, 炒熟的白芝麻: 適量, 檸檬: 1個

4在一個容器中倒入2小碗土豆澱粉,一個一個將雞翅表面裹滿土豆澱粉,用手攥一攥,讓土豆澱粉牢固的粘在雞翅表面

5鍋中燒熱油,轉小火,轉小火,轉小火,5-6成熱時下入雞翅,此時下入雞翅應該是雞翅表面有比較密集的泡泡,但是並沒有噼里啪啦的爆破聲音

6炸約12分鐘,到微微金黃色撈出
