1雞肉切塊(小塊的烤出來會脆一點)

2放入容器里,加入蒜末、黑胡椒粉、鹽、孜然粉、辣椒粉、雞蛋、一點油,腌制2到4個小時,最好隔夜腌制,時間越長越入味 (口味根據自己喜好調製,我這個是辣口的蒜香味的)

3腌好後滾上麵包糠,上烤盤
