原料
炒熟的黃豆面: 適量, 糯米粉: 200克, 水: 200克, 白糖: 25克, 玉米油: 30克, 豆餡: 適量自己做的
步驟
1糯米粉加水,糖,玉米油,混合均勻,蓋保鮮膜,上蒸鍋蒸25分鐘

2拿出盆子,揭掉保鮮膜,用筷子攪拌麵糰,讓表面油充分吸收

3把蒸熟的糯米糰放進保鮮袋裡,擀成片,放涼備用

4黃豆面小火炒熟,過篩

5均勻的篩到面板上

6撕掉保鮮袋,取出糯米片,放到篩好的黃豆粉上,在摸上豆沙餡(自己做的),我摸得豆沙有點多,薄薄一層最好!

1.蒸熟的糯米糰會有油漂浮表面沒關係,用筷子攪拌均勻就好了!
